The South Family Foundation
Trustees of the South Family revocable Living Trust set aside income from a specific amount of trust assets for the purpose of distributing funds annually by donations to public charities. The trustees shall distribute funds annually to the donators as follows:
$1,000 to each child, grandchild, or other issue over the age of 21
$500 to each child, grandchild, or other issue older than 8 years but younger than 21
Each donator per agreement with the trustee shall then distribute the above funds to a public charity of the donator's choice based on guidelines set forth in the South Family Charity Agreement. Any undistributed income and capital gain shall be used to increase the base of the South Family Charitable Fund.
